Hi
I hope this is the right place to post this hi everyone Im Janet I have type 1 diabetes and ESRD. I go to dialysis 3 times a week now. Its not so bad though because the center is only 10 minutes from where I live. I never had to watch my diet so much before but lately I had to start pay more attention to it and I have discovered what a tedious job it is. I tell you, counting and weighing and measuring is not for me!!! I have a 3 year old boy that more or less dictates my life (all you parents must know what I mean ) and a supporting husband but I still feel so alone in this :(
As I said Im kinda new in this whole computer thing but as I was as they say surfing I found this fantastic site called Nutrimaps.com (Ill try to put a link not sure I know how ). It has many helpful features to manage a diet, like calculating what you eat and you can even enter tests and other stuff I havent really discovered yet
So this is it (I hope :? ): https://www.nutrimaps.com/membersignin.aspx?returnurl=/default.aspx
PS- you need to register to enter but its free
I would love to hear whats your opinion about it.. I dont really have anything to compare it too
Take care
Janet
