Just wondering, my creatinine went from 0.8 to 1.7 in less than a month. My BUN is 27. My blood pressure at the time of the blood test was 85/59. My doctor said I was dehydrated, and that's the cause for the kidney numbers being off. I've read that with the BUN number, but not the creatinine number. Can anyone help me here?

Many lab tests can be affected by drinking too much or too little fluid, including creatinine. Here's an article from MedlinePlus (a government website) about dehydration and what labs are affected.

I'd suggest that you repeat the blood test and see what the results are. Creatinine is not a very precise measure of kidney function. It doesn't go above "normal" until about 50% of kidney function is already lost. I'd ask your doctor to calculate your GFR (glomerular filtration rate). There are online calculators to do this.
