urination at night

I was wondering if anyone knew what the reasons were for urinating frequently at night and less in the daytime? I understand that ckd can cause it. I was just curious as to why it does this. I was also wondering what causes urine to be pale?

Urine is pale when it is dilute (not concentrated). Usually this occurs in people who drink a lot of fluids.

Besides kidney problems, frequent nighttime urination (nocturia) could be a symptom of several health conditions. Here's a list of them:
